WIROP's NEW-TECH WP-600C_s

WIROP has come out with the NEW-TECH swaging machine which has HMI (Human Machine Interface), PLC, Pressure Sensor, Temperature Sensor and Special design die No. sensor system.  The die No. can be detected by Special Sensor System and the Die No. will appear on screen.

New Operation Mode: The FUZZY mode allow swaging pressure to be set automatically according the detected Die No. by Special Sensor System. The operator does not need to set the swaging pressure manually.

Self-detection : The troubles such as overload , high oil temperature , imperfect die installation and so on can be defected and appear the troubleshooting on screen.

On-line Help : On-line Help is available. The swaging information is stored in memory. It is easy to get the swaging information such as splicing table ,swaging method , operation manu on screen.
