WireCo WorldGroup has established a new Distribution Center in Queimados, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as part of the company’s strategy to bring its industry-leading wire rope products to the Brazilian mining, ports, industrial cranes, construction, and fishing markets. WireCo WorldGroup is the world’s leader in manufacturing, engineering, and distributing wire rope, synthetic rope, specialized assemblies, wire products and electromechanical cable. The Distribution Center will feature three hydraulic press machines with 150t, 600t and 1500t capacity and in addition to providing unrivalled technical expertise, it will stock wire rope ranging from 3/8” up to 3” diameter together with sling production capabilities for just-in-time delivery and customized products.

The WireCo WorldGroup Distribution Center is located next to Lankhorst Euronete Brasil, part of the WireCo WorldGroup, and an established supplier of synthetic fiber ropes to the Brazilian offshore industry.
