Viking Oil Tools, a division of Wellsite Fishing and Rental Services, LLC (“Wellsite”), a leading provider of drilling and completion rental equipment, has appointed Michael Foster as its new regional manager.

As regional manager, Foster will be based in Hobbs, N.M., and Midland/Odessa, Texas, and will be responsible for upholding Viking Oil Tools’ reputation for delivering quality products, first class service and a superior safety rating.

Kirby Arceneaux, chairman and CEO, Wellsite, said, “Michael began his career as a carbide welder and has held a multitude of oil and gas management and supervisory positions in the subsequent 37 years, managing operations around the globe.
