The Ulven Companies are pleased to announce the promotion of Tammy Sievers to the position of Director of Human Resources. Sievers has been working in Human Resources for the Ulven Companies for over 16 years and has continued to take on increased responsibilities in the area.
Shortly after she was hired, Ms. Sievers performed a variety of tasks in Finance and Accounting, which then lead her to handling various HR functions throughout the company. From there she worked as an area manager for many years before being promoted to her current position.
In her new position, Sievers will be working on developing Human Resource programs for TUC in such areas as organizational development, indoctrination and training, employee relations, and employee compensation and benefits.
