The Ulven Companies are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Tremaine as Chief Financial Officer. Tremaine comes to the company with a diverse background in Finance, Manufacturing, R&D and Business Development. He has successfully led operations in the United States and internationally and along with multiple financial/accounting initiatives for The Xerox Corporation.
Company President Dan Ulven states, “We feel very fortunate to have such a recognized and respected financial executive on our Executive Team and look forward to his significant contributions to the overall performance of The Ulven Companies.”
As CFO, Tremain will be responsible for all financial and information system functions for Ulven companies and will establish new financial systems and processes throughout the company—positioning it for growth. Tremaine’s depth of experience in Engineering and Manufacturing companies will enhance Ulven’s capabilities in their implementation of Lean methodologies and other capital improvements that are now planned.
Tremain earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly State University and Masters in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. He has also earned an MBA from Oregon State University.
