CrosbyIP® IPCC
The Crosby Group, known around the world for providing a broad range of products for the lifting and rigging industry, has recently introduced the addition of three new clamps for material handling: the CrosbyIP® IPCC vertical clamp, the CrosbyIP® IPPE horizontal clamp and the CrosbyIP® IPTKU beam clamp.
The IPCC is designed for the vertical lifting and transfer of concrete pipe sections and wells. The IPCC must be used in pairs or more and has a 1 metric ton Working Load Limit per pair. The built in grip handle allows easy application and removal of the clamp. Normally used in combination with 9/32 (1/4) (7 mm) chain.
CrosbyIP® IPPE
The IPPE is designed for lifting and transfer of bundles of non- sagging steel plates in a horizontal position. The jaw opening can be easily adjusted and raising the handle facilitates the easy and quick placing or removing of the clamp. IPPE must be used in pairs and is available in capacities of 3 thru 12 metric tons.
CrosbyIP® IPTKU
The IPTKU beam clamp is suitable for use as a lifting clamp, lashing clamp and temporary tackle eye for a beam. The IPTKU clamp has an improved hinged hosting eye that increases the loading angles and an optional new “Double Locking Device”. The double locking device can be used to lock the clamp screw in place for permanent placement applications or locations. Available in capacities of 2 thru 25 metric tons.
All of Crosby’s new clamps are RFID equipped and individually proof tested to 2 times the Working Load Limit certification.
