Tele Radio is enhancing its leading range of controls for the USA and Canada.
Already a leading provider of wireless and radio remote controls, Tele Radio America LLC is adding wired controls to its portfolio. This offers its North American customers even greater choice.
The move follows the acquisition of Sistematica by Tele Radio’s parent company, Allgon Group. Tele Radio America becomes the exclusive distributor of Sistematica products in the USA.
“We are thrilled to welcome Sistematica to our portfolio,” said Miguel Ángel Téllez, managing director at Tele Radio America. “This addition will further strengthen our presence in the North American market, particularly in the mobile and agricultural sectors, with specialized products tailored to these segments.”
Tele Radio already serves a broad range of markets, with its wireless controls valued by equipment manufacturers in the industrial, lifting, construction, and marine sectors. Sistematica’s wired and wireless remote-control solutions complement Tele Radio’s established offerings, giving its customers access to a more comprehensive range of products.
Sistematica has 30 years of experience in controls and holds several patents for innovation. It brings smart technology and Industry 4.0 advantages to Tele Radio’s customer base, including over-the-air software updates and an app featuring real-time diagnostics and preventative maintenance.

With Tele Radio now distributing Sistematica products exclusively in the USA, customers gain streamlined access to these solutions through Tele Radio’s established sales and support network, ensuring faster delivery and reliable service.
“We are proud to enhance our capability to offer customized solutions to OEMs, enabling us to swiftly develop products specifically designed to meet the machine requirements of our OEM partners,” added Miguel.
“This move aligns with our future expansion plans, which will further enhance our already impressive portfolio and position us as the premier radio control provider globally in the years to come.”
The acquisition of Italy-based Sistematica is the latest step by the Allgon Group in its growth strategy. Based in Sweden, Allgon is focused on expanding its footprint through acquisitions and partnerships, having acquired Tele Radio in 2018. Covering five continents, with 23 facilities, Allgon also owns the Åkerströms brand of remote controls.
By introducing Sistematica’s products to markets like the United States, exclusively through Tele Radio, Allgon strengthens its presence in high-potential regions and reinforces its position as a global leader in industrial remote-control solutions.
