- Plug and Play Battery System – Interchangeable 20 amp-hour battery pack and included charger allow for a quick “power tool” style battery interface. Durable custom battery case designed for quick and easy installation, removal, and charging. The 20-amp-hour battery will allow for over 10 hrs. of runtime and over 100 container engagements. Additional battery packs may be purchased separately to allow for continuous lifter usage.
- Battery Monitoring System – Rugged and reliable non-contact sensors monitor locking and unlocking cycles to ensure accurate twist lock control and alert the operator if something goes wrong.
- LED Signal Lights – High visibility, long life, simple 2-color setup for clear indication of lifter status and operating modes.
- Wireless Remote Control – Industrial grade, extended-range remote control with adjustable auto-shutoff, emergency stop control, and industry-leading reliability and performance characteristics.
- Motorized Locking/Unlocking – Rugged, proven reliability, and efficient performance. Simply press a button on the remote and the onboard control system handles the rest. Twist-lock position sensors ensure a complete cycle and container position sensors ensure that locking and unlocking can only occur when the lifter is resting on a container.
