Upon his completion of Spider’s reputable Sales Trainee Program, Gaff spent four months immersing himself in the suspended scaffold industry at Spider’s corporate headquarters in Seattle and an additional seven months gaining hands-on experience by working with Spider veterans in the field. Gaff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Indiana University.
