Siemens signed a contract to provide, install and commission as many as 89 wind turbines for Danish utility DONG Energy’s offshore wind project in Germany. Siemens also signed a five-year deal for service, maintenance and warranty, with an option to extend, for the turbines at the Borkum Riffgrund 1 wind farm in the North Sea.
