SANY America is pleased to announce the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia.  On Friday, August 26, SANY America began transitioning its assets to the new 400,000 ft²office and manufacturing facility and employees began reporting to the location Monday morning.

“For the last fourteen months we have pursued an aggressive construction schedule to complete our new manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters,” said SANY America President Jack Tang.  “Over the weekend, we moved our company into the new office space, and all of our departments are now under a single roof,” he added.

While SANY is a newcomer to the North American heavy equipment market, the company is well-established in Asia’s booming construction sector.  This year, SANY Heavy Industry joined the Financial Times Global 500 list and the Forbes World’s Most Innovative Companies list.  In July, the Wall Street Journal also reported that SANY has overtaken Caterpillar for excavator market share in China, and SANY continues to dominate concrete pump truck sales in Asia.

“We are looking forward to ramping up production in our manufacturing area,” Tang said. “By the end of this year, we should have our first concrete pump trucks roll off of our assembly line, and then it will only be a short time before we are producing our cranes and hydraulic excavators as well,” he included.

The facility in Peachtree City, Georgia, features 40,000 ft² of office space and a 360,000 ft² manufacturing and assembly area. To date, SANY has invested $60 million in the site and is proud to hire and support American labor.
