SafeWorks, LLC welcomed Vishnu Irigireddy as Vice President of Global Engineering. He will be based at the corporate headquarters in Seattle and will report directly to SafeWorks’ CEO Scott Farrell.

Vishnu is responsible for all product-related engineering functions including new product innovation and development, technology roadmapping, and management of intellectual property. He brings more than 16 years of senior leadership experience in engineering and strategic growth, most recently serving as Director of Global R&D at Apex Tool Group where he accelerated corporate growth through acquisitions and new product development while leading a global team of engineers in mechanical, electrical, and software functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Missouri, and a master’s of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from Millikin University in Illinois. Vishnu is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and champion of the continuous improvement philosophy.
