The Talurit® Annealing machines are a commonly used tool for cutting rotation resistant ropes. With this machine, the wire rope will keep its tension and the cross-sectional area will remain, meaning the mechanical properties of the rope will to be wasted. The AV 30 has a capacity to anneal wire rope up to 30 mm diameter. It has four different power levels enabling the result of the tapered end to be optimized. The machine has a high efficiency, leading to a lower power consumption than other machines on the market.
