Exhibit space sales and early registration figures for the National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo, October 23-25, 2013, Sands Expo & Convention Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA are running well ahead of last year’s numbers, reports Susan A. Hurley, General Manager.
“We currently have 571 companies in 745 booths under contract and another 17 spaces reserved, plus we continue to receive new contracts and inquiries on a daily basis. We sold 723 booths at the end of July last year and had a total of 770 booths at show time. We are very excited about the response to this year’s Expo and expect to have 80,000 net square feet of exhibits in Las Vegas ”, says Ms. Hurley.
“We are also very pleased to see the early, positive response to our educational conference. We already have 57 persons signed up for “Know Today How Your Fasteners Will Perform Tomorrow”, being presented by Dr. Louis Raymond on Wednesday, October 23rd. We also have 40 registrants for “Rep Firm Succession Planning and Valuing/Buying/Selling/Merging Rep Firms” and 45 persons enrolled in “Working With Manufacturers’ Reps”, both being presented by Charles Cohon, CEO & President of MANA on Thursday, October 24. All of these programs are being offered free-of-charge to Expo attendees and exhibitors”, inform Jim Bannister and Mike McGuire, Expo General Partners.
