Lift-All Expands Customer Service Department

Lift-All is happy to announce the addition of Pamela Drahovsky and Michelle Foehlinger to our Customer Service team.

After graduating from Alvernia University, Pamela worked as an order processor for a government contracted facilities management company. Pamela joined Lift-All in November of 2014 and began learning about our products through our catalog and first-hand experiences in the manufacturing facility. She continues to build her knowledge-base of our diverse product line and enjoys assisting our customers with their questions and concerns.

Michelle Foehlinger is our newest Customer Service Agent and comes to us with 20 + years in customer service and administrative management in different venues, with a strong knowledge of research and an ability to work with a variety of databases.

Michelle started with Lift-All in May and went through a 4-5 training course spending time in the shop for a better understanding of our products, along with internal procedures and in house system training.
