Goscor Access Rental has ordered more than 80 new Genie boom and scissor lifts, including the first 180ft SX-180 boom lift in Southern Africa.
Dean Jones, managing director of Goscor Access Rental, said: “I am very excited with the prospect of this new SX-180 machine, there are definitely opportunities in the market for it. We have also ordered a number of other boom lifts, Rough Terrain scissors as well as some slab scissors to supplement our growing rental fleet.”
The new machines have been ordered through sister company Goscor Hi-Reach the Genie distributor in Southern Africa. Goscor Hi-Reach managing director George Landsberg, placed the official order with Genie’s Phil Graysmark, Sharbel Kordahi and Shea Stimac at the recent Bauma Africa exhibition.
