Delta Rigging & Tools, Inc., one of the largest providers of lifting and rigging products and related services in the United States, today announced that Mitch Hausman has joined the company as President and Chief Operating Officer. Hausman will rely on more than 30 years experience in the wire rope and rigging industry to lead Delta Rigging & Tools.

We are constantly working on new ways to maintain and improve our range of solutions, and Mitch’s strong background in all phases of the wire rope and rigging industry will help guide Delta Rigging to even higher levels of performance.”
Hausman began his career in 1979 with WireCo World Group in St. Joseph, Missouri. Since then he has held several key executive positions, including President and CEO with Southwest Wire Rope, which was acquired by Houston Wire & Cable Company in 2010. In each role Mitch demonstrated the expertise and dedication he applies to every challenge.

Hausman will be based in the Company’s headquarters location in Pearland, Texas.
James Kowalik will assume the new position of Senior Vice President, Lifting Operations, and will be responsible for the rapidly growing rental, sales and service aspects of the company’s core hoist and lifting equipment business.
