Load Systems International Inc. is pleased to announce that they have reached a sale agreement to buy the assets of Robway Crane Safety Systems Pty of Adelaide, South Australia. Robway has been a market-leading manufacturer of crane instrumentation since 1977, with core markets in Australia and Asia.
This acquisition will increase LSI’s market share in the fast growing Australasia market place as well as provide LSI global customers with cable-based instrumentation solutions for customers who prefer cable technology. LSI will assume operations of Robway as of October 2, 2012. The new entity will operate under the name of LSI Robway Pty.
