Loos & Company is proud to announce the promotion of Mike Fredrickson as the Wire Division Sales Manager. Mike, a near thirty year veteran of the wire, wire rope, and cable assembly industry, brings a fresh look to their wire sales team.
Mike began his career in the early 1980’s as a wire drawing operator in the Loos & Company Wire Mill, and has risen through the ranks of production and sales. He has spent time as a Product Manager focusing on cable assembly sales, and as an Account Manager for the Eastern Region for the Wire Rope and Cableware® Divisions of Loos & Company. No stranger to new ventures or markets, Mike has been a valuable asset to Loos & Company since day one.
“It’s a great feeling.” Mike stated. “To be able to stay an entire career at one company, and be able to find success at each level,” he continued. “My years of wire drawing experience should help me immensely in this position, and I hope that it will lead to greater understanding of our customer’s needs and wants.”
In addition, Loos also announces the promotion of Joe Stagon as the Wire Division General Manager. Joe has a spent a majority of his career the wire and wire forming industry, and brings with him the knowledge and expertise necessary to continue the division’s quality excellence.
Prior to joining Loos & Company as the Assistant Manager of the Wire Mill just over two years ago, Joe was in charge of the Coiled Pin, Cold Heading and CNC Machining Division of Spirol International in Danielson, CT. Previous to Spirol International, Joe was a manager at Hoover Precision Products, where his focus was in cold heading, wire drawing, and shaped wire products.
“You can find our products in everything from commercial passenger aircraft to advanced medical devices,” Joe stated. “In these applications it is necessary that our products do more than meet their specifications. I plan on dedicating my tenure at Loos to ensuring we meet quality excellence above all else.”
