Lifting Gear Hire’s very own Patrick Clark has been nominated and selected as Crane & Rigging Hotline’s Top Corporate Trainer of 2015. Endorsed by the Association of Crane & Rigging Professionals, the Top Trainer Awards program is designed to recognize crane and rigging trainers working in the construction industry. The trainers selected for this award are individuals who’ve left a positive impact on students, the work environment and/or industry through the use of innovative training techniques or hands-on instruction. Established in 2008, trainers from crane dealers, contractors, manufacturers, training organizations, and other heavy industries have been recognized for this award. And now, Patrick Clark.
Patrick Clark started out as a Field Representative for Lifting Gear Hire before becoming the National Rental Support Manager in relatively short time. Pat brings over 10 years of experience in crane and rigging training and his active membership with the SRCA to his 5 phrase training program at LGH. He’s written significant portions of the training manuals himself and frequently updates the rest as time progresses. These programs are designed to bring all members of LGH of varying equipment knowledge up to speed on the proper use and handling of all the rigging, hoisting, pulling, and lifting equipment that LGH provides for rental. Additionally, Pat drafted, directed, and edited a continuing series of short demonstrational YouTube videos that detail the careful use and troubleshooting of certain pieces of equipment – to better extend his teachings beyond the classroom.
Pat’s goal is to have the most knowledgeable team of professionals working in the rental industry and his tireless efforts have been recognized today. Congratulations, Patrick!
