Halo, LLC. hires Lanny Domangue to bring years of industry experience to Halo’s sales team. Prior to joining Halo in April 2010, Lanny worked as the loss prevention/safety & hazmat specialist at Lowes, training employees with the most updated safety and hazmat programs.

Lanny started in the wire rope/ rigging industry in 1980 with Hercules Wire Rope in Morgan City. He was hired as a sling fabricator and was eventually promoted to branch manager. From there he moved on to Damco Tong Service where he worked as Tong Supervisor for ten years widening his knowledge of oilfield rentals, hydraulic tong units and various other oilfield related items. Coming back to the wire rope/ rigging industry, Lanny was hired at DCL’s Houma office as inside salesman for three years where he attended numerous seminars to enhance his knowledge of the wire rope industry. Chris Bates, Halo’s Executive Vice-President, commented, ” With 20 years of experience in our industry, and firsthand knowledge of wire rope, equipment rental and safety, Lanny will be an added plus to the Halo team.”
