Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company (NYSE:OSK), is pleased to announce the promotion of Laurie Johnson to the position of customer support manager. Johnson has served as the company’s manager of global procurement and supply chain, and has worked at IMT for more than 13 years, gaining invaluable experience with the company’s products and processes.

In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for overseeing the company’s customer support team, which will comprise of customer service, order entry and master scheduling. Bringing these functions together, under customer support, will help IMT enhance and strengthen the company’s dedication to making customers its top priority. In addition, Johnson will utilize her extensive product knowledge and experience with IMT customers to oversee the company’s marketing efforts.
Most recently, Johnson served as the manager of global procurement and supply chain at IMT, a position which provided her valuable firsthand experience with the company’s products and processes as well as customer service. This extensive organizational experience will be a tremendous asset to Laurie in her new role and will prove to be an invaluable benefit to IMT distributors and customers. Prior to her current position, Laurie served in a variety of management roles — including master scheduling, forecasting and inventory management — during her 13-year tenure at IMT.
