Genie has introduced a Spanish version of its Lift Pro online-based aerial work platform training program.

The English version of Lift Pro was launched at the ARA earlier this year and has now been converted to the most widely used Spanish dialect in North America.

The translation includes all screen elements, video narrations, closed captions, quizzes as well as the hosted learning management system, as well as all of the online training supporting document, including instructions on how to register students, reports and tracking progress.

“While talking to customers about Genie Lift Pro, we realized there was a massive demand for a Spanish version in places like Mexico, California, Texas and Arizona,” said Scott Owyen, Genie’s global training manager.

“With so many Spanish-speaking operators in the Southwest, we felt it was important to reach these end users and train them to safely operate aerial equipment in their language.”

The Genie Lift Pro program is available through authorized Genie Lift Pro Training Centers throughout North America and will be applicable for most brands, makes and models of aerial work platforms.
