This week, Gaylin Holdings Limited announced the completed acquisition of AllSeas Marine Services, a marine and offshore supply company based in Singapore, that specializes in the supply of products and services to Offshore, Marine and Shipping companies.

Gaylin, one of the largest multi-disciplinary specialist providers of rigging and lifting solutions to the global offshore oil and gas industry, is also headquartered in Singapore, including a footprint with operations in Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. Together, these facilities occupy an aggregate of approximately 430,558 square feet. Globally, Gaylin’s sales and distribution markets comprise mainly of Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  The company was also recently listed on the SGX-ST Mainboard starting in October, 2012.
