In recent years, the TEUFELBERGER Group – world market leader for pleasure marine ropes – won several prizes for projects promoting environmental protection, for example, the Energy Globe and the klima:aktiv award. The sustainability concept is firmly embedded in the values of the group. It is therefore only logical that FSE Robline – a trademark of TEUFELBERGER – now launches, for the first time, marine ropes made of renewable and biodegradable fibers (PLA yarn and ECO-Xtrem Light Fiber): ORGANICTM – Innovative Ropes by FSE Robline.
FSE Robline has successfully been using recycled materials for its packaging over the past years. Consistent with these efforts, it now also focuses on product-integrated environmental protection with regard to its ropes. Intensive research and a huge number of tests have paid off, allowing the rope specialist to launch the first-ever high-tech ORGANICTM rope in the market. The new ORGANICTM ropes are made out of renewable raw materials. Under industrial circumstances they are biodegradable, too. They do not pollute the environment, and – at the end of their life span – they close the natural resource cycle.
