In light of this difficult economy, Elliott Equipment Company is making an effort to provide dealers and new customers in the United States and Canada with additional value and peace of mind by offering a new and industry leading lifetime structural warranty on all HiReach aerial work platform and BoomTruck crane products. The new warranty extends the term far beyond the five year warranty offered previously.
Elliott’s lifetime structural warranty covers essential structural components including the boom, turret, subframe for the entire life of the machine. On top of the lifetime structural warranty, customers will receive a one year comprehensive parts and labor warranty.

The new lifetime structural warranty is simply a statement of our firm belief in our products and their robust design.”
Customers that purchase new Elliott Equipment Company products after October 1, 2011 will automatically receive the lifetime structural warranty and one year parts and labor warranty through their authorized Elliott dealership.
International customers will be offered a standard one year warranty that covers all structural components and parts.
