Crane Institute of America releases new handbook, Overhead Cranes.

Crane Institute of America is announcing the release of a brand new handbook, Overhead Cranes. Color graphics clearly illustrate information about bridge cranes, gantry cranes, monorail systems, and underhung hoists. The handbook focuses on training requirements, pre-shift inspection, operation, hoisting personnel, and more.

“This handbook is a must-have for anyone working with overhead cranes,” says author and CIA President Jim Headley. “It is an excellent resource as a safety reference or to use as a training aid.” Crane Institute of America has more than half a million books in print.
