Maxim Crane is pleased to announce that Allen Wenturine has joined the team and will be based out the North East region. “Allen brings tremendous experience, expertise and professionalism to our team which will provide our clients with innovative and technical solutions for the heavy lift, petro-chemical and industrial accounts in the region,” said John Werner, VP of Sales for Maxim. “He adds another dimension to the organization and especially the North East region with a background that includes a degree in engineering from Penn State University with over 20 years of experience in specialized construction projects and material handling equipment applications. His experience in modular fabrication and alternative construction techniques will bring added value and services to our industrial clients all along the East Coast,” added Larry Lis, Regional VP for Maxim.
His work experience ranges from engineered rigging, heavy transport, and cranes to steel manufacturing and oil completion services. Allen spent the past 9 years at Barnhart Crane & Rigging managing the project team at Hake Rigging Company providing a customer focused approach to solving all of the lifting, hauling and rigging needs for the customers.
From nuclear power and refining outages to steel mill turnarounds and heavy civil projects, Allen’s major project experience includes steam component replacements, spent fuel storage module installations, and main power transformers as well as boilers, prefractionators, and reactor installations as well as specialized civil work.

Allen enjoys family, downhill skiing, coaching youth baseball, and motorcycling. He has been married 10 years to his wife, Lisa and they have 2 boys.
