“I was drawn to the company’s long history, family-owned culture, and commitment to excellence,” said Organsky. “I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth while developing my career in technical sales.”
Prior to joining Chant Engineering, Organsky served as a Technical Supervisor, where he coached technicians, resolved escalated customer issues, and maintained quality standards. Throughout his career, he has developed strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while helping teams achieve their goals and advance professionally.
“I’m proud of the strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills I bring to the team,” said Organsky. “I enjoy working with people, understanding their needs, and helping them find solutions.”
As technology continues to advance, Organsky sees growing opportunities for companies that provide testing and validation solutions.
“As technology becomes more complex, companies need highly accurate testing equipment to ensure safety and reliability,” said Organsky. “That creates exciting opportunities for companies like Chant Engineering to provide innovative solutions.”
One of Organsky’s primary goals is to quickly learn Chant Engineering’s products, processes, and customer applications so he can become a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues. Long term, he hopes to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.
“I understand the importance of communication, problem-solving, and delivering results,” said Organsky. “I plan to use those skills to help expand our customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive sales growth.”
Outside of work, Organsky enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, supporting his children’s activities, and attending car shows. He also has a well-known interest in Bigfoot, a topic he is always willing to discuss.
“I appreciate being part of an organization that focuses on solving real-world challenges through engineering excellence and strong customer partnerships,” said Organsky. “The opportunity to help customers find the right solutions is both exciting and rewarding.”
Chant Engineering welcomes John to the team and looks forward to his contributions as the company continues serving customers throughout the lifting and rigging, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and testing industries.
