Caterpillar to Sell Bucyrus Equipment Under Its Brand

Caterpillar closed its $8.8 billion acquisition of Bucyrus International. The Bucyrus brand was retired, and its mining equipment will be sold under the Caterpillar name.  Read more- Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
