The employees of the Caldwell Group have recently completed the final transaction required to become a 100% employee owned company.  Our previous owner, Howard Will, chose the ESOP path as a vehicle for his retirement over 10 years ago.  The entire Caldwell team has been working to bring about this transition and we are pleased to announce the begining of this new chapter in Caldwell history. 

Also, Calwell was in the May 2010 issue of Metal Center News featured the “Top 10 Service Center Equipment Brands”.  Under the category of Material Handling covering makers of automated storage and retrieval systems, racks, shelving, coil handling equipment, conveyors, cranes, magnetic lifters, and other devices and accessories – Caldwell ranked third, with no other supplier of below the hook lifting equipment ranking above us!
