Bishop Lifting Products, Inc. (BLP), a leading manufacturer and distributor of services, products and solutions for North American crane, rigging and oilfield applications, announced this past Tuesday that they are breaking ground on a new 3.3 million pound test bed.   They had their ground breaking ceremony at the construction site, next to their main facilities.
