It is with great pleasure that Barry I Lemberg, CEO, and Eric W Meder, CFO announce the following changes for The Bilco Group of Companies effective April 1,2024.
Mike Cuccinello, our President, has decided to semi-retire and will become Corporate V.P. Having enjoyed 40 years of dedication and loyalty to Bilco and the wire rope industry, he will now be working remotely 3 days a week. However, golf, boating and family time will be his main focus!
Alex R. Meder and Jason S. Lemberg are the new owners of the Bilco Group of Companies. Alex will be responsible for all administrative, purchasing, and inside sales functions.
Jason will continue building our customer base and be responsible for new product development as well as overseeing our national sales program.
Alex and Jason will share the title of President, joining the executive team with Barry and Eric until further notice.
Barry and Eric are very excited and look forward to continued success and growth with the new leadership team.
