AMT Announces New Chief Financial Officer

The Association For Manufacturing Technology has a new chief financial officer, Rebecca Stahl, overseeing accounting and human resources.

Prior to joining AMT, Stahl served as the chief financial officer at Lightbridge Communications Corporation, a multinational wireless engineering company with a presence in over eighty countries. Stahl was awarded the Private Company Chief Financial Officer of the Year award from the Northern Virginia Technology Council in 2015 for her work at Lightbridge.

“We are very excited to have Rebecca join the AMT team,” said Douglas K. Woods, President, AMT. “She has an outstanding background in accounting, finance and business operations from executive positions in innovative technology-oriented organizations, which fits perfectly into AMT’s strategic objectives of being the leading manufacturing technology organization in the world.”

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to join such a vibrant and dynamic organization,” said Stahl. “I’m looking forward to working with AMT’s board and staff as we support growth and innovation in the industry.”

Stahl was previously with BT Infonet, a multinational data communications company, as the senior director of finance and administration for three years where she managed $600 million in revenue.

For two years, Stahl was a senior analyst of operations planning for The Walt Disney Company in Burbank, Calif. She started her career at Arthur Anderson LLP.

Stahl is a certified public accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management, University of California Los Angeles, with an emphasis in Finance. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
