Fort Wayne based ECP American Steel, LLC announced today its Materials Handling Equipment Division has purchased the assets of Fort Wayne Structural Products Corporation (FWSPC) for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will allow Materials Handling Equipment to strengthen and diversify its services and product offerings to current customers, as well as significantly broaden its customer base in the Midwest.
