Posted on February 10, 2017

Huskie-Jameson announced today it will be revising its parent company name to Spartaco, LLC.  The new parent company will maintain its current structure and will continue to be led by Luis Gomez – CEO.

Spartaco will be composed of two industry leading professional tool brands - Huskie Tools, LLC. and Jameson, LLC.  “Each company has tremendous brand strength and brand recognition with the customers and industries we serve,” said Gomez.  “We will continue to actively promote the Jameson and Huskie Tools brands in the marketplace as we do today.”

“As our parent company, Spartaco will help reinforce our desire to develop a unified one company/one team strategy; while leveraging the strengths and market leadership of our two flag-ship brands.  This approach also allows for seamless integration of additional brands as Spartaco focuses on continued acquisition opportunities,” Gomez added.

Spartaco, LLC will be headquartered out of the Huskie Tools offices in Glendale Heights, IL; while Jameson will continue operations at its Clover, SC facility.
