Essentially, ITI provides educational and technical services for users of cranes, rigging, and load handling equipment. The company services organizations of many sizes and in several different industry groups.

Description

ITI is in need of a dynamic individual who is able to carry out a variety of objectives as a Client Services Associate. Primarily, this person conducts all logistical activities for training programs including shipping and receiving course materials to and from training locations, closing out programs with accurate collection of student information and test scores, and summarizing closeout data for the accounting team to process.

This person will become knowledgeable of all courses and materials conducted by ITI Instructors. Additional summary of duties are:

Provide information, answer questions and fulfill requests regarding training programs for instructors via in person, phone and email.
General office duties: filing, typing, and other duties as assigned.
Assemble and ship materials for training programs, including maintaining inventory.
Close out programs; Salesforce database entry, certificates, certification cards, etc.
Confirm instructor has all necessary materials (paper and electronic) to conduct program.
Enter student data into Salesforce.
Requirements

7-10+ years of office/business experience
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to proofread
Great communication skills, written and verbal; neat and legible handwriting
Customer service attitude – personable, enthusiastic, friendly, “can-do”, be of assistance
Great organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
Team player – small company with small, open office environment
Self-motivated - ability to work on own with minimal supervision
Dependable, reliable, great work ethic
Problem solving and decision making
Ability to climb stairs
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Once trained, ability to operate forklift and other equipment as needed
Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 depending on experience and proficiencies
Medical Benefits: Eligible after 90 days of employment
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 10% Full-Company-Matching after 12 months of employment
